The Academics office, located on the second floor of State Hall, provides support for ASU-Beebe faculty in their roles as teachers, advisors, and scholars, contributing to a culture of learning that transforms the lives of all members of our University community.
The Associate Vice Chancellor of Academics oversees the university curriculum and new curricular initiatives, faculty hiring and promotion, and the administration of all academic departments and programs, and offices within the division of Academics, including Abington Library. Additionally, the Associate Vice Chancellor has an integral role in the ongoing budget and planning process for the university.
The Academics office publishes the University Catalog, Schedule of Classes and the University Syllabus. We are also the primary point of contact for the Higher Learning Commission, the accreditation body that monitors university standards and processes to ensure a high-quality learning environment at ASU-Beebe.
The Academics office is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For assistance, call 501.882.8830 or contact any of the staff members listed below.
