Students who live on campus report deeper connections with peers, are highly involved, and achieve higher grades. Room Assignments for 2026-2027
Students ready for placement will receive notice from the Office of Student Life via their ASUB student email about their housing assignment for their 2026-2027 two-semester academic year lease. The following sections will help guide students on how to review their room assignments, access the ResLife Portal, find information about our guidance on single rooms this fall, and how to review the Housing waitlist. Room assignments are expected to be published on June 19, 2026.
Fall 2026 Move-in Process
The move-in process is the start of your 2026-2027 academic year. The day will be busy and crowded, as the campus' 240 plus residents will arrive and move into the residence halls during the same time. Please read this section carefully as it provides information and guidance to help make your Move-in day experience a smooth transition from home to campus.
Cost
Room, board, and laundry charges for the 2026-2027 academic year are $3,875/per single room and $3,425/per double room per semester. Rates are set by the ASU System Board of Trustees, and are subject to change. Board includes three meals daily, Monday through Friday, one Saturday, and one meal on Sunday. Payments may be made through the Touchnet Payment Plan in Banner Student. The college reserves the right to change the number of fees or to add new ones at any time such action is deemed necessary.
