The ASU-Beebe veterinary technician program is dedicated to supporting the growth of certified veterinary technicians by providing a solid education based on knowledge, skills, professionalism and ethics.  
Vet Tech Program Application Is Closed for Fall 2024 Enrollment

Students interested in applying for the Veterinary Technology Program MUST apply to ASU-Beebe as the first step in the application process. Once you are admitted to ASU-Beebe, then you can fill out the secondary application for the Veterinary Technology program!
The Vet Tech program application can be found in your admissions portal on the left side of the page. We recommend copying the questions into a Word document to type your responses and then pasting your answers back into the application itself afterwards. Our Veterinary Technology program is highly selective and students must complete the following steps for final consideration for entry into the program:
  • Complete the Veterinary Technology program application.
  • Complete 20 hours of observation/work with a veterinary clinic and submit the “Affidavit of Work Experience/Observation” form to vettech@asub.edu.
  • Prepare for a candidate interview to take place later this spring.

    • The ASU-Beebe veterinary technology program strives to educate and train qualified, competent veterinary technicians through communication, creative and analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to society and self.  
    • Individuals seeking to be veterinary technicians are surrounded by support, encouragement and guidance to acquire the necessary skills to succeed in veterinary technology.  
    • Students reach goal attainment by successfully passing their Veterinary Technician National Exam and becoming certified veterinary technicians.
