Cashier's Office

The ASU-Beebe Cashier's Office collects payments such as tuition, fees, and room and board.  The office also disburses financial aid refund checks and processes third-party billing and scholarships.  Tuition payments can be made in person, by phone or online through the Vanguard Portal.

Student fees and account balances may be paid with cash, check or card.  The Cashier's Office will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

The Cashier's Offices at Beebe, Searcy, Heber Springs campuses will be closed for training on the following dates and times: 
  • 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2022
  • 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022
  • 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15

Tuition Waiver for Senior Citizens

Arkansas residents who are 60 years of age and older are entitled to attend for-credit classes at Arkansas State University-Beebe and its campuses without a tuition charge. Proof of age must be presented to the Cashier's Office at time of registration. This waiver does not apply to non-credit classes. This waiver does not include course fees, such as welding supplies fee, upholstery fee, voice/piano/guitar fee, etc.

To prevent a financial hold placed on your account, you must pay in full, enroll in the Automatic Payment Plan, or have financial aid awarded to your account by the payment due dates

Sign Up for Direct Deposit

Log into the Vanguard Portal, go to Manage My Account, then "Click here to View/Pay Your Bill", click on Manage Refunds. 
This is a quick, easy, convenient, safe and secure way to receive your stipends directly to your bank account.  Issue dates vary by term and type of financial aid.

Paper Checks 

If you do not set up direct deposit, then your check will be mailed to you. Issue dates vary by term and type of financial aid.

Financial Aid Stipend Dates

Fall and Spring Stipends will be released 5 - 7 weeks after the beginning of the semester.
