Cashier's Office

The ASU-Beebe Cashier's Office collects payments such as tuition, fees, and room and board. The office also disburses financial aid refund checks and processes third-party billing and scholarships. Tuition payments can be made in person, by phone or online through the Banner Self-Service portal.

Student fees and account balances may be paid with cash, check or card. The Cashier's Office will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Note: A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.

The payment due date for Fall Term, Fall 8-week Term I, and Fall Accelerated Term I is August 12, 2024. Please go to the BANNER student self-service tile in my.asub.edu to make a payment or enroll in the payment plan. After logging in, click on MAKE A PAYMENT to view your bill, make a payment, or to set up a payment plan.

Student Services and Admissions Building first floor on the Heber Springs campus
