Services provided by ITS |
The following is a list of services the ITS team provides. To request any of these services, please email helpdesk@asub.edu, submit a ticket through the self-service Helpdesk portal, or call the Helpdesk phone line at 501.882.8999.
Account Maintenance |
ITS provides maintenance and support for many accounts that students, faculty, and staff utilize. Those accounts include, but are not limited to, the following: Vanguard Portal, Student and Employee email, Campus Nexus Student, POISE, and Webextender. Employees needing access to such accounts should submit a signed Network System and Access form to helpdesk@asub.edu. |
Computer Labs |
The ITS team supports the functions of various computer labs on all ASU-Beebe campuses, facilitating upgrades, project management, and training within those labs. |
Data, Analytics, and Report Requests |
Within the ITS Department, our team can provide ad-hoc data and report requests from a variety of applications. |
End-User Support |
The ITS team provides general technical support for ASU-Beebe students, faculty, and staff. |
Enterprise Application Support | The ITS team supports the functions and use of enterprise applications on all ASU-Beebe campuses. |
Hardware and Software Installation and Upgrades |
These installations and upgrades include, but are not limited to, POISE skylite , Adobe , Webextender, Shortel communicator, Citrix, and Symantec. |
Instructional Video Support |
The ITS team will assist with providing support to instructors through the use of Zoom, Skype, and other technology. |
Microsoft Office 365 |
Through partnership with Microsoft, ASU-Beebe ITS is able to provide support for campus email accounts. Students, faculty and staff are able to download Microsoft Office 365 for free (see the "Microsoft Office 365" page for more info). |
Network Drops |
Upon request, the ITS team will install network drops at your location. This service requires a fee to be charged to the requesting department. |
Project Management and Training |
The ITS team facilitates end-user training for technology used on all of ASU-Beebe's campuses. Our team also supports project management for institutional level projects. |
Printing Management |
The ITS team monitors and supports the shared printing across campuses. Our team also can provide quotes for new printers. |
Mitel Setup and Maintenance | ITS will supply a Mitel phone and, if requested, a long distance code to new or existing employees. This equipment and long distance access requires a fee to be charged to the requesting department. |
Quotes for Hardware | The ITS team can provide quotes for various hardware that is approved and in compliance with ASU-Beebe's Technical Standards. |
Website Support | The ITS team provides support for the overall functionality of the ASU-Beebe website. |
