Employee Account Setup Information

Once a new employee's paperwork is processed and entered into the Campus Information System, the following accounts will be automatically setup:

For access to other applications such as POISE or Webextender, or for items such as a long distance code, or an office/desk phone, please complete the Network and System Access Form.  Once the form is complete with signatures, email a copy of the form to helpdesk@asub.edu.  Make sure to include a summary of the request in the email and attach the form.   The ITS team will then provide the access requested.

For any issues with access to accounts, or about the Network and System Access form, please email helpdesk@asub.edu, call the ITS HelpDesk at 501.882.8999, or submit a HelpDesk ticket through the Self-Service Portal.

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
