Part-time employees may participate in a supplemental retirement plan. This plan is available for all part-time (non-student) employees who work greater than 20 hours per week or more than 1,000 hours during the fiscal year. This plan is a non-matching plan. Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
