The housing staff strives to provide exceptional safety and quality of life for all residents through frequent preventative maintenance checks and proper problem resolution. The VanguardFIXIT Work Order System is a maintenance management system for internal accountability within the Student Life Office.
Submit a work order for routine repairs. For emergencies, contact housing staff by phone to immediately bring attention to the issue.
VanguardFIXIT Work Order System is a maintenance management system for internal accountability within the Student Life Office. Although, work orders in the residence halls are submitted electronically. Non-emergency maintenance is to be reported online via VanguardFIXIT Work Order System. Examples of non-emergency maintenance are one light out in the unit/area, a beeping smoke detector, and a sink clog if not overflowing.
