Resident Assistant Program at ASUB
RA Programming Resources
This form is used as a tool to help you think about the different aspects of your event before you hit the ground to do advertising. All programming in the Residence Halls must be approved before advertising by completing the Program Proposal Form.
This form is used to help you think about how well your program was executed and to help assess the impact it made on our students. All programming in the Residence Halls must have a Post-Program Evaluation Form submitted within 48 hours of the event.
This form is used to help the Office of Student Life assess how student programs and activities impact our students. After various programs on campus, the Student Life Office will email attendees this survey for feedback on the event.
Bulletin Board Evaluation Form
This form is used to report the completion of a new bulletin board in the residence halls by an RA at ASU-Beebe. Each month before the 20th, each RA is required to update an assigned bulletin board with an educational display. RA should see the RA Manual for more details.
RA Duty Resources
This form is provided for resident assistants at ASU-Beebe to report the activity of the residence hall to the Student Life office and serve as a checklist for RAs to complete a successful on-duty day. You must submit this form at the end of your shift.
This printable paper worksheet can be used by RAs during their duty day as a check sheet and preparation to complete the online RA Duty Log Report Form. Even if an RA uses this worksheet, they must submit the online form at the end of their duty shift.
ASU-Beebe Resident Assistant Manual
This manual is designed to assist resident assistants at ASU-Beebe in their duties as a RA. While this is certainly not their only resource for information, the manual should be the first source for answering any questions they may have about the job.
Report conduct incidents, fire alarms, safety issues, or general concerns. Report a crime you have observed, or if any person reveals to you that they learned of, or was the victim of, perpetrator of, or witness to any crime. This applies to crimes on campus, on the public property adjacent to the campus, and in locations at which college-sponsored activities are taking place.
ASU-Beebe Student Handbook & Code of Conduct
The Student Handbook (pg 37-45) is the official repository of all ASU-Beebe policies and procedures. It should be used as students' main resource for admission policies, registration policies, extension and course grading policies, and all other policies that may impact you as a student of ASU-Beebe, including the ASU-Beebe Student Code of Conduct.
ASU-Beebe Residence Hall Manual
The RHM manual is designed to acquaint on-campus residents with policies, procedures, and general information about residence hall living, including housing-specific conduct.
