We are excited you will be living with us in on-campus housing! Living on campus will be an integral part of your Vanguard experience. Students who live on campus report deeper connections with peers, are highly involved, and achieve higher grades. We are excited about you becoming the newest member of our vibrant residence hall community.
Our plans for the 2026-2027 Academic Year on campus, as outlined below, are based on information available as of June 4, 2026. Please check this page regularly for important updates regarding your arrival. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Room Assignments for 2026-2027
Students ready for placement will receive notice from the Office of Student Life via their ASUB student email about their housing assignment for their 2026-2027 two-semester academic year lease. The following sections will help guide students on how to review their room assignments, access the ResLife Portal, find information about our guidance on single rooms this fall, and how to review the Housing waitlist. Room assignments are expected to be published on June 19, 2026.
Fall 2026 Move-in Process
The move-in process is the start of your 2026-2027 academic year. The day will be busy and crowded, as the campus' 240 plus residents will arrive and move into the residence halls during the same time. Please read this section carefully as it provides information and guidance to help make your Move-in day experience a smooth transition from home to campus.
Students placed for the 2026-2027 two-semester academic year may log into the Resident Hub of the ResLife Portal to review their room assignment, lease agreement, and meal plan and begin completing their roommate/ suitemate agreement.
Any resident who has not paid their $150.00 non-refundable housing application fee before attempting to confirm their housing assignments (setup your ResLife Portal profile and digitally sign the two-semester academic year lease agreement) may be wait-listed for housing and not assigned a room. Please know housing assignments are confirmed based on the date your housing application fee is paid.

The ResLife Portal is not the same platform as the Banner Student, or the My.asub.edu Portal, where students access billing and academic records.
The ResLife Portal is an online platform for you to access information about on-campus housing during your stay in the residence halls. During the fall semester, you will be able to learn about events, submit work orders, connect with staff, track your engagement in campus life, and earn engagement points to win prizes. At this time, you will need to use the ResLife Portal, to review your housing applications or your room assignment. Links to the Housing Selection and Resident Hub are available below.
Because of limited capacity, the Office of Student Life is required to provide priority to applications of students that fully qualify for housing. As a result, any student with a housing hold for failure to pay the required $150.00 non-refundable housing application fee before June 1, 2026, currently not enrolled in classes for the Fall 2026 semester, or with a past due balance for the Spring 2026 semester has been waitlisted and not assigned a room.
Additionally, residents who qualify for room assignments have until Wednesday, July 15, to apply for on-campus housing, digitally sign the two-semester academic year lease agreement, and pay the $150.00 non-refundable housing application fee to ensure your room assignment is secured without being waitlisted. Any applicant that does not confirm their intent for housing and has paid their $150.00 non-refundable housing application fee before 5:00 PM Wednesday, July 15 will risk being waitlisted for housing.
By clicking the Fall 2026 Housing Waitlist link, you can search your student ID number to find your place on the waitlist and why your housing has a hold. Please note students in red have a hold on their housing and will be passed over for the first student listed in white.
If you wish to live on-campus in the 2026-2027 academic year, please review the waitlist, confirm the reason for your housing hold, satisfy the hold, and then email housing@asub.edu to have your hold lifted.
You may satisfy respective housing holds by:
Calling 501-882-8906 to pay the $150.00 non-refundable housing application fee over the phone with a debit or credit card;
Emailing scheduleclasses@asub.edu to enroll in classes for the Fall 2026 semester;
Calling 501-882-8825 to pay the balance of your Spring 2026 student account;
Calling 501-882-8906 to gain access to your ResLife Portal to sign your two-semester academic year lease agreement.
New residents are required to schedule an appointment for the time they plan to complete their check-in paperwork and move in their belongings on Thursday, August 13.
After your room assignment has populated in the ResLife Portal, you may use the link in the Resident Hub of the ResLife Portal to schedule your move-in appointment.
Click the button below, login into the ResLife Portal, and select "Time-Block Appointments" to view options for each hall. Choose a move-in time for your residence hall, check the acknowledgment box, and you are done! You will receive a confirmation email after selecting a move-in time. You can change your move-in time selection at any time by emailing housing@asub.edu.
When you arrive on campus, go directly to the Student Center. You will leave your belongings in your car until you have checked in with the housing staff. Upon arrival at the Student Center, you will be checked in (much like a hotel), and you must present a valid photo ID, verify you have finalized your student account with the college, completed your housing paperwork, have your VanCard (ASU-Beebe ID Card) printed, and you will be issued your room key.
After you have your key, you can report to your assigned residence hall building, begin unloading your car, and move your belongings to your room! You will not be required to report to staff in the building once you have your keys. But Student Life staff will be present in the building to help you find your room, maintenance issues, or general housing questions. Although we will provide move-in carts to help you wheel a number of belongings into the building, you are encouraged to bring guests to help you move in.
We will not be able to make any accommodations for students who arrive on campus before their scheduled move-in time, so please make your travel arrangements accordingly. Your assignment will be held until midnight on the day before classes start. Students who check in after this date may be reassigned depending on our need for space.
New Student Orientation (NSO) at ASU-Beebe is a 3-hour program aimed at providing you, and your family, with an introduction to life on campus, a snapshot of the college classroom environment, and an opportunity to finalize all your student account loose ends (i.e., financial aid, class registration, etc.) All new students are expected to attend NSO. A companion Family/Support program is available for any parents or family members traveling to ASU-Beebe with you for NSO.
Although residents are welcome to register for any of the NSO dates over the summer, most new residents attend the Friday, August 14 orientation.
Tickets are required. Visit the new student and campus orientation pages of our website for more information.
Returning residents are required to schedule an appointment for the time they plan to complete their check-in paperwork and move in their belongings on Saturday, August 15.

As you plan your first weekend on campus, please notice all new and returning residents are required to attend a mandatory Resident Convocation.
New Residents - Sunday, August 16, @ 2 PM
Returning Residents - Sunday, August 16 @ 7 PM
At the time listed above, you will meet your resident assistant assigned to live with you in the Owen Center parking lot. After an icebreaker, you will participate in four short sessions to learn about the rules, resources, and opportunities for you to be successful while living on campus. This meeting is planned to be an interactive and entertaining event where you will learn about updates on living in the residence halls, connect with fellow residents, and win prizes.
While room changes are usually limited due to the demand for housing, if you find that your assignment is really not the experience you were seeking, please contact Housing & Campus Living staff at housing@asub.edu. We will consider you for reassignment to any vacancies that may become available. It may be possible to do a mutual room change with another resident who would rather have your accommodations.
If you would like to request a different room after moving in, you may do that during Room Change Week, August 26-30, the second whole week of classes. The first week is used to ensure that everyone moves in and that everyone has a chance to acclimate to college. Room changes will not be approved during the first week of classes. Residents will be informed about the room change process in a floor meeting at the beginning of Room Change Week.
Residents will sign the following documents upon arrival to campus on move-in day.
- Two-Semester Academic Year Lease Agreement
- Student Housing Terms Acknowledgment Form
- Emergency Contact Form
- Meningococcal Awareness Form
- Room Condition Report
- NSSI Renters Insurance Form (optional)
- Personal Property Inventory Form (optional)
- Requirement Exemption Request Form (optional)
