What are correspondence exams?

Correspondence exams are tests administered to non-ASU-Beebe students who require a local proctor.

How much does the exam cost?

$25.00 non-refundable administration fee is charged for each exam.

Where do I pay the registration fee?

Payment is made at the Cashier's Office, State Hall 1st Floor, before the exam will be administered. 

Which campus offers correspondence test?

Correspondence test are offered ONLY on the Beebe campus.

When are the exams offered?

Call the Testing Center at 501.882.8812 or email the Testing Center Coordinator to schedule a correspondence exam.

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 


9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

How can I register for an exam?

It is the responsibility of the examinee to supply the host educational institution with all the pertinent information for correspondence testing at ASU-Beebe AND ensure all testing materials are received by the ASU-Beebe Testing Coordinator BEFORE a test date is scheduled. 

What should I bring the day of the test?

  • $25.00 administration fee receipt
  • Examinee's current government issued photo ID [driver's license, passport]

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
