The Dr. Eugene McKay Student Center offers reservable space for meetings or events of nearly any size.  Reserving space is free of charge to registered student organizations and official University departments. For non-university functions, please review the reservation pricing section below. All events should review the Conference & Events Services Manual before scheduling a meeting or event.

Campus Catering Services

You've reserved the space you need on ASU-Beebe's campus; now reserve your food for the event! Great Western Catering Services is the contracted caterer of all events on ASU-Beebe's campus.  Great Western has a wide variety of meal options and plans for whatever type or style of event you are planning.  When planning to serve food, you must contact Great Western to make arrangements, including gaining approval for donated food items.

ASU-Beebe has over 20 different meeting rooms and venues for all sizes of events.  From 535 seat theater to conference rooms for 20, you will find space for your next event. Reservation Policies & Pricing

Much of the University's facilities are open for rental by non-University groups when the use is consistent with the mission of the University. Non-University groups may be required to pay a fee covering the cost for use of the facility and custodial services.  A deposit to cover damages and cleaning may be required. Please review the Conference & Event Services Manual (above) and Pricing Guide (below) for more information on pricing.

2. After requesting your date, time and location for your function, please consider any and all event setup, breakdown, and food needs your function might require. Please communicate these needs to staff by completing the Event Setup & Catering Request Form below.  Please notice Great Western Dining, Inc. is the exclusive contracted caterer of all events on ASU-Beebe's campuses.

The ASU-Beebe Adult Education Centers offer Official GED® Testing on the Searcy campus.

Workforce Education

These short-term classes are usually offered at night, weekends, or online and are designed to enhance personal or professional skills. 

Community Education

The Continuing Education/Workforce Development Department at ASU-Beebe sponsors numerous non-credit classes that are designed to meet the needs of the general public and business workforce.

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
