ASU-Beebe has 20+ student-run organizations, including service organizations, cultural awareness groups, spiritual and religious groups, student leadership groups, academic clubs, a literary magazine (Uncharted) and honor societies. Getting involved in campus organizations is one way to make new friends, take part in meaningful projects, make a difference in the lives of others, plan exciting events, and have a lot of fun while getting the full college experience at ASU-Beebe.

Agriculture Club
The Agriculture Club, the longest continuously operating student organization on campus, provides hands-on experiences in agriculture through events like Ag Day, community service, and leadership opportunities. Bringing together students from across agricultural disciplines, the club fosters teamwork, professional growth, and a strong sense of community while preparing members for future careers.

Publishing Studio

The Registered Student Organization Point System at ASU-Beebe is developed to encourage best practices of student organizational management while prompting engagement and support of larger campus life. Areas where Registered Student Organizations may earn points are grouped into five (5) categories: Organizational Management, Campus Life Engagement, Campus Life Learning Outcomes, Campus Leadership, and Service.
To ensure greater participation in consideration for this recognition, beginning in the 2021-2022 academic year, the Registered Student Organization that earned the most engagement points, through the Registered Student Organization Point System as outlined in the Registered Student Organization Handbook will be recognized as the recipient of the Registered Student Organization of the Year Award.

The Office of Student Life works diligently to regularly update the Registered Student Organization Point Totals reported by the various Registered Student Organizations. The Office of Student Life will maintain a public Registered Student Organization Point Leaderboard to update the campus community on the status of Registered Student Organization activities and points earned. It is the indent that between the 1st and 5th of each month, the Office of Student Life’s Registered Student Organization Point Leaderboard will be updated. Mosaic Registered Student Organization Management Software
The Office of Student Life supports Registered Student Organizations with the web-based Mosaic platform. This easy-to-use platform helps advisors and student leaders recruit new members and create events that will automatically integrate with the Campus Event Calendar/ ASUB Mobile App. It also encourages communicating with members and helping manage membership and officer rosters.

Complete this form to select or change the advisor for your Registered Student Organization. Once submitted, the previous advisor (if applicable) will be notified, and the proposed advisor supervisor will approve or deny the request.
This is an internal form for ASU-Beebe students, faculty, and staff. You will be prompted to enter your ASU-Beebe credentials to access the form. If the initiator requests a room reservation for a student organization, it will route to the advisor for approval first, then to the room manager, then to Campus Events Manager. **Note: The Office of Student Life advises Registered Student Organizations not to advertise or promote your events until you have a confirmed reservation.

Submit this form by 3 p.m. on Friday to be included in Sunday evening's Weekly Registered Student Organization Email. You are encouraged to submit a graphic or digital flyer (1920x1080p) to be included in the email. If possible, submit both final and editable versions of your graphics.
Please complete this form at least 24 hours before the proposed date for the digital signage to be displayed. Use of digital signage may be requested for a maximum of fourteen (14) days prior to an event or awareness day sponsored by the Registered Student Organization. The image to be displayed must include the name of the sponsoring Registered Student Organization, the date, time, location, and contact for the event, and be submitted in 1920x1080 widescreen aspect ratio. Fundraising Activity Registration

The Summit: ASU-Beebe Student Organization Leadership Conference
RSO officers and advisors are highly encouraged to join the Office of Student Life on our Heber Springs campus at Sugarloaf Mountain. This one-day experience is created for student leaders of Registered Student Organizations at ASU-Beebe to provide new and experienced student leaders with the tools and knowledge to successfully lead their organizations and utilize the available resources provided on campus.
The free conference is held on a Saturday in September. It will include a plenary session on recruitment and marketing, breakout sessions focused on officer roles, and outdoor team building.
