Banner Self-Service for Student Accounts

Students are now able to see their student account information in Banner Self-Service and can make credit/debit card or electronic payments online. 
Students can also set up a payment plan through Banner Self-Service at   
Payment plans require a $30 enrollment fee and choice the following payment plans for Spring 2023:
  • Five (5) payments starting Dec. 1, 2022
  • Four (4) payments starting Jan. 1, 2023
Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted at cashier windows on the Beebe, Searcy, and Heber Springs campuses.

  • Apply payments
  • Create payment plans

Payment Options

To prevent being dropped for non payment and/or a financial hold placed on your account, you must pay in full, set up a payment plan or be eligible for financial aid by the payment due dates.

  • 2023 Spring Term - January 6, 2023
  • 2023 Spring Term I – January 3, 2023
  • 2023 Spring Term II – March 3, 2023

Concurrent Enrollment

These short-term classes are usually offered at night, weekends, or online and are designed to enhance personal or professional skills. 

Community Education

The Continuing Education/Workforce Development Department at ASU-Beebe sponsors numerous non-credit classes that are designed to meet the needs of the general public and business workforce.

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
