Arkansas State University-Searcy, a technical campus of ASU-Beebe, will host an ASU-Searcy Information Expo on Monday, May 12, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the Searcy campus


Do you want a second chance at college, or would you like to increase your earning potential? The ASU-Searcy Information Expo is an excellent opportunity to visit the ASU-Searcy campus, learn more about the programs offered, receive information on earning a high school diploma, or explore the funding options and available scholarships.A personal guide will be available to answer questions and assist with the admission process.


ASU-Searcy serves a range of students from high school through the Regional Career Center or concurrent classes, to non-traditional students earning certificates or associate degrees.



ASU-Searcy offers certificates of proficiency and technical certification in various fields, such as air conditioning, auto body repair, automotive technology, computerized machining, diesel technology, EMT-Paramedics, health information assistant, office occupations, power sports, practical nursing, and welding technology.



With the focus on technical and occupational programs at ASU-Searcy, students can complete programs within one year, and earn a technical certificate. Credits earned will also apply to the Associate of

Applied Science in General Technology degree for those who want to continue their education after the technical certificate.



Participants may attend any portion of the ASU-Searcy Information Expo. Refreshments will be served and door prizes will be given away. ASU-Searcy is located at 1800 East Moore Avenue.
