Pay in Full by Phone or in Person at the Cashier's Office
- Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
Pay in Full Online with a Card or in Installments with an Automatic Payment Plan
- View the Banner Self-Service page for instructions on accessing your account. Credit cards accepted for payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
- Payment plans require a $30 non-refundable enrollment fee. Various plans are available during the term and have different enrollment periods. The sooner you are enrolled in a plan, the more time you have to spread out your payments, plus you will have a lower down payment. Follow the instructions below to view your account and enroll in the payment plan.

Log on to your Banner Account
Click on MAKE A PAYMENT under FINANCIAL
This will take you to TouchNet. You can make a payment or enroll in the payment plan
Click on ENROLL IN PAYMENT PLAN to see the details of the current payment plan available
To view your bill, click on View Statement

Tuition Waiver for Senior Citizens
- Arkansas residents who are 60 years of age and older are entitled to attend for-credit classes at Arkansas State University-Beebe and its campuses without a tuition charge. Proof of age must be presented to the Cashier's Office at the time of registration. This waiver does not apply to non-credit classes. This waiver does not include course fees, such as welding supplies fees, voice/piano/guitar fees, etc.
