Posted Date: 11/5/25

The Institutional Advancement’s marketing and public relations team at ASU-Beebe earned several top awards at the District 4 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) conference held Oct. 22-24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During the conference, ASU-Beebe collected three medallion awards, placing gold in the novelty category for an ASU-Beebe themed microfiber cloth, silver in the radio advertisements, and bronze in the social media and online marketing campaign promoting Ag Day.

“It is always exciting to see our team recognized and for all their hard work and efforts to promote ASU-Beebe,” said Matt Jenkins, ASU-Beebe marketing coordinator. “It is my hope that we always stay dedicated to our craft and push ourselves and our creativity to new heights, all while helping ASU-Beebe and our campuses continue to grow and highlight our students and faculty.”

The NCMPR Medallion Awards recognize outstanding achievement in design and communication at community and technical colleges in each of NCMPR’s seven districts.

As members of the NCMPR district 4, which includes community colleges located in Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, works produced by the ASU-Beebe marketing department from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, were entered into the 2025 Medallion Awards.

“I could not be prouder of our marketing and public relations team for being recognized at this year’s NCMPR Conference,” said Andrea Cole, associate vice chancellor for Institutional Advancement. “Their creativity, collaboration, and commitment to telling the ASU-Beebe story shine through in everything they produce. These awards reflect the heart, talent, and teamwork that define our team and the entire Vanguard community. Each project is more than just a campaign, it’s a reflection of the passion we have for our students, our mission, and our college.”
