Business and Industry Showcase Set for April 1 at Searcy
Posted Date: 3/31/26

The ASU-Beebe Searcy campus will host a Business and Industry Showcase for area high schools on Wednesday, April 1.
The event provides an opportunity for students to hear directly from area businesses and industries regarding training, education, job market, potential salaries and more. Starting at 8:30 a.m., students will meet for campus tours and receive more information from instructors in the technical programs.
The Business and Industry Showcase offers high school students an excellent opportunity to visit with industry representatives, as well as learn about STEM focused career programs offered through ASU-Beebe’s Early College program.
Exhibitors will display their equipment and products in the Student Center on the Searcy campus and representatives from healthcare, financial, manufacturing, automotive, diesel and power sports career fields will be available for student inquiries. In addition to key sponsors First Electric Cooperative and Connect2First, companies represented include ASU-Beebe Computer Aided Drafting and Design, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Global Manufacturing, Danfoss Power Solutions, St. Jean Industries, Pipeliners Local Union 798, Remington Arms Company, Speights Automotive, Iron Vac Trucks, Welspun, Futrell Marine, Trane Technologies, and more.
Courses offered through the Early College program provide academic credit toward high school graduation, as well as college credit and workforce-ready credentials in high-demand fields such as advanced manufacturing, welding, medical professions, and other career pathways.
The ASU-Beebe Searcy campus is located at 1800 East Moore Ave. in Searcy.
