"We are incredibly proud of the growth we're seeing at ASU-Beebe," said Dr. Jennifer Methvin, chancellor of ASU-Beebe. “This continued growth reflects our ongoing commitment to providing quality education and supporting our students' success. Our faculty and staff have shown exceptional dedication in recruiting, advising, teaching and supporting our students.”
Enrollment for the nursing programs also increased by 70% from last fall to 219 currently enrolled licensed practical nursing and registered nursing students.
In addition, student life at ASU-Beebe is at 90% residence hall capacity, with a 22% increase from 171 students living on campus in the fall 2022 compared to 209 residents this fall. Also, 283 students have chosen to participate in the meal plans available at the Beebe, Heber Springs and Searcy campus dining services.
“This growth in our programs and campus living demonstrates the strong sense of community and environment we provide, making on-campus living an attractive choice for students,” Methvin said. “We are excited to see students choosing to live on campus, where they can take full advantage of the academic support and social opportunities available at ASU-Beebe.”
During the 2024-25 academic year, ASU-Beebe awarded 1,103 credentials for associate degrees, technical certificates and certificates of proficiency at all campus locations in Beebe, Heber Springs, Searcy and the Little Rock Air Force Base.
