How to Reset Microsoft Password

If you can log into some applications, but not others, click the reset password link below and complete the steps on the screen.

If you navigate to my.asub.edu, click reset password in the reset password widget. The widget is always available to anyone regardless of being signed in.

Microsoft Office 365 is a free download available to all ASU-Beebe students and employees. Office 365 offers desktop apps, web apps, and other productivity services enabled over the Internet. For a free download of Office 365, click the App Launcher, click Microsoft 365, then click Install and more located in the upper right hand side of the screen. Follow the steps to install Microsoft 365 apps. Each person is allotted five free downloads to any PC or mobile device.
