Graduation & Commencement

Students MUST complete a graduation application in order to graduate and receive their diploma, regardless of participation in the Commencement Ceremony.

**Important – Graduation Application deadline to have your name included in the Commencement program is March 9, 2026.** 

• Students can still apply for graduation after this date but their name will not be included in the program.

• The appropriate degree or certificate will be conferred once all academic requirements have been met and all obligations to the college have been completed. There is no charge to apply for graduation.

• Only students who have been admitted to the college as degree-seeking students are eligible to apply for graduation. Students enrolled as non-degree or visiting students may not apply to graduate until they have been fully admitted to the college with degree-seeking status.

Students who complete a graduation application will receive a link sent to their ASU-Beebe student email to confirm their attendance at the Commencement ceremony beginning March 30, 2026. The graduate can choose which ceremony they wish to attend. Tickets will be open to reserve beginning March 30 and ending April 30, 2026. Each graduate will be allotted six (6) guest tickets. Graduates do not need a ticket for entry but must be wearing their regalia when checking in for the ceremony. Commencement tickets will be emailed to the graduate approximately one week before the ceremony. If you believe you did not receive the email to reserve tickets, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@asub.edu or by phone at (501) 882-4415 for assistance.

Important Commencement Information (Beebe ceremony)

• Check-in will be at the north entrance of the Owen Center (building 13 on campus map).

• Graduates MUST check in one hour before the ceremony time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to participate.

• Guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Only guests who provide tickets will be allowed to enter the building.

• The Commencement ceremony will be live streamed on the ASU-Beebe YouTube channel so that friends and family who cannot attend can cheer you on from home.

Important Commencement Information (Heber Springs ceremony)

• Graduates can enter the front of the Performing Arts Center and will be directed to the holding area for the ceremony.

• Graduates MUST check in one hour before the ceremony time.

• Guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The Commencement ceremony will be live streamed on the ASU-Beebe YouTube channel so that friends and family who cannot attend can cheer you on from home.

Students can purchase their cap, gown and tassel through the ASU-Beebe Bookstore. All students planning to participate in Commencement must have proper regalia. It is recommended that students order their regalia as early as possible to obtain proper sizes.

Contact the ASU-Beebe Bookstore at (501) 882-0055 or visit them at 1113 DeWitt Henry Drive, Beebe, AR 72012 for more information regarding regalia. Store hours are Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Last day to purchase Regalia from the Bookstore is Friday, April 24, 2026.

The Office of Marketing & Public Relations will take photos of the ASU-Beebe Spring 2026 commencement ceremonies. All commencement photos will be available within five days after the event. Please check the following link for the availability of the photos for viewing and free download.
