Beebe Commencement Ceremony

ASU-Beebe & Adult Education (GED) graduates

Tickets & RSVP

Students that completed a graduation application will receive a link to their student email to verify that they will be attending commencement. Graduates will be allotted six (6) guest tickets. Graduates do not need a ticket to enter, only guests. Graduates need to be in their regalia when checking in. If you believe you did not receive the email to reserve tickets, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@asub.edu or (501) 882-4415.

Important Graduation Information

Check-in will be at the north entrance of the Owen Center. The Owen Center is building 13 on the campus map.
Graduates must check in one hour before the ceremony time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to walk.
Guests must check in at least thirty minutes before the ceremony time. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Only guests who provide tickets will be allowed to enter the building. There are no exceptions.
We will livestream the event on the ASU-Beebe YouTube channel so that friends and family who cannot attend can cheer you on from home.

Fall 2025 Application for Graduation

Students must complete a graduation application in order to graduate regardless of participation in the commencement ceremony.

Application deadline to have name included in the commencement program is October 13, 2025.

The appropriate degree or certificate will be conferred once all academic requirements have been met and all obligations to the college have been completed. There is no charge to apply for graduation.

Please note that only students admitted as degree-seeking students to the college may apply for graduation. Students who enroll in classes as non-degree seeking or visiting students are ineligible to apply for graduation until they have been fully admitted to the college in degree-seeking status.

Purchasing Regalia

Students are able to order their cap, gown, and tassel through the ASU-Beebe Bookstore. All students planning to participate in commencement must have proper regalia. It is recommended that students order their regalia as early as possible to obtain proper sizes.

Contact the ASU-Beebe bookstore at 501.882.0055 or visit them at 1113 DeWitt Henry Dr., Beebe, AR 72012, for more information regarding regalia. Store hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Last day to purchase regalia is November 21, 2025.

Graduation Photos

Marketing & public relations will take photos of the ASU-Beebe Fall 2025 commencement ceremony. These photos are usually available within ten days after the event. Please check the following link for the availability of the photos for viewing and free download.
