In order to better assist you, much of the financial aid process can be handled through the student portal. Students are able to view documents needed and received by the Financial Aid Office, changes, and their award notice.
You should view your student portal on a regular basis.
Documents and Dates
In order to allow time for your financial aid award eligibility to be determined prior to the start of classes for the term, the following items must be filled out completely and received by ASU-Beebe by the dates listed in the table below:
- Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) results AND
- If you or your family's financial situation has changed significantly from what is reflected on your federal income tax return (for example, if you've lost a job or otherwise experienced a drop in income), you may be eligible to have your financial aid adjusted. Complete the FAFSA questions as instructed on the application, submit your FAFSA form, then contact our financial aid office to discuss how your current financial situation has changed. Note that the school's decision is final and cannot be appealed to the U.S. Department of Education.
- All required documents found on your student portal for Financial Aid and Admissions AND
- You must be fully admitted as a degree-seeking student in a degree or certificate program offered through ASU-Beebe.
