The Higher Education Act (HEA) of 1965, as amended, Title IV, Part G., Section 487(a)(25), requires ASU-Beebe (ASUB) to administer and enforce the attached code of conduct to govern educational loans. ASU-Beebe's officers, employees and agents shall comply with this code of conduct.
