About the Conference
Central Arkansas Writer's Conference is an opportunity for emerging and accomplished writers to develop their craft. The conference is sponsored by the ASUB Publishing Studio, the student group responsible for the Uncharted magazine.
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Clarissa Willis is an author, consultant, and professional developmental specialist. She provides workshops, keynote addresses, and customized professional development both nationally and internationally. In her time at the Central Arkansas Writers Conference, she will demystify the hugely popular Indie Publishing (independent publishing) by sharing practical advice found in her recent book, The Elephant in the Room: A Guide to Indie Publishing.

Writing Contests
Writing contest submissions are covered in the registration fee. Writers can submit one entry per contest.
Send all contest submissions to cawc@asub.edu as an attachment. In the body of the email, include the contest name, your name, and your contact information.
PLEASE NOTE: All submitters who are not registered and present at the conference will be disqualified from the contest.

Registration includes one day of conference presenters, lunch, and up to one submission for each contest.
