Third Party Billing
ASU-Beebe students sponsored by their employer or a state agency can participate in our third-party billing service. The Cashier's Office accepts authorization to bill a third-party agency for tuition and related charges.
* Note: To comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), students must submit an Access to Records to the Registrar's Office authorizing their third-party agency access to their student account information. No information will be provided to a third-party agency until it is authorized by the student.
Authorization must be received from a third-party agency prior to the payment due date each semester to prevent students from being dropped for non-payment. Please see the academic calendar for dates.
Agencies
All agencies will be billed for the total due after discounts, waivers, and exemptions have been applied. Examples include:

- Arkansas Rehab
- CAPCA
- John Deere
- TA Airforce
- TA Army
- TA Navy
- Trade Adjustment Assistance
- WIOA - White River
- Wilbur D. Mills
