Welcome to Season 1 of THE CHARGE, the official podcast of ASU-Beebe! In this season, we have great chats with many leaders and alumni across ASU-Beebe, including conversations with Dr. Jennifer Methvin, Gus Harris, Robin and John Hayes, Codi Moore, and so many more.

In Heritage & Harmony, we celebrate 60 years of educational partnership between ASU-Beebe and Little Rock Air Force Base, joined by the crew who brought this milestone to life. We also sit down with Emerald City Council, as they prepare for their first-ever live performance on campus this September. In the November episode of The Charge, Robin and John Hayes share their journey with ASU-Beebe—from students, to employee and community leader, to generous donors who continue to impact future generations. Their story is one of loyalty, legacy, and lifelong commitment to the college they love!

February is Career and Technical Education Month, and we’re spotlighting the incredible opportunities happening across ASU-Beebe. On this episode of The Charge, Matt Jenkins sits down with Dr. Cheryl Wiedmaier, Dean of Career Education, and Automotive Instructor Aaron Hicks to talk about high-demand CTE programs, early college opportunities for high school students, adult career changes, and the strong industry partnerships that lead to real jobs.
