Arkansas State University-Beebe is proud to announce the appointment of Charlotte Hall as the college’s first Alumni Relations and Special Events Coordinator, a new role created to expand alumni engagement and enhance ASU-Beebe’s presence through impactful campus and community events.
Hall brings over two decades of professional experience in office administration, event planning, communications, and customer service. She has served ASU-Beebe in several key roles, most recently as facilities and event specialist and previously as administrative specialist for marketing in the Office of Institutional Advancement. In these positions, Hall coordinated college-wide events, managed promotional initiatives, and supported institutional outreach.
Prior to her tenure at ASU-Beebe, Hall worked in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, including over a decade managing operations and patient care services in private dental practice. She also held roles in state government and K-12 education in Kansas and Missouri. Hall holds a technical degree from Ozark Technical Community College and is a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management (FAADOM), a distinction awarded through the DALE Foundation.
In her new role, Hall will oversee alumni outreach efforts and coordinate special events that reflect ASU-Beebe’s mission of transforming lives through quality learning experiences.
“ASU-Beebe has become like a second home to me,” Hall said. “I’ve loved supporting our students, faculty, and staff behind the scenes for years, and now I’m excited to help shine a light on the amazing stories of our alumni and create events that bring the entire Vanguard family together.”
Andrea Cole, associate vice chancellor for Institutional Advancement, said Hall’s appointment reflects ASU-Beebe’s growing focus on building lifelong relationships with graduates and strengthening community ties.
