Prepare to tumble down the rabbit hole into a whimsical world full of wonder and satire as the theatre cast and crew proudly presents its own version of "Alice in Wonderland.” Under the direction of Ryan Gibbons, assistant professor of communication and theatre, the production promises to be an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.

Alice's journey through wonderland is a timeless adventure that will captivate both the young and the young at heart. Known for its carnival mirror reflection of Victorian society with its rigid social conventions, the beloved tale reveals that even in today's vastly different social landscape, the underlying challenge of navigating an absurd and arbitrary adult world still resonates.

Set in a world where logic and reason take a backseat to chaos and whimsy, "Alice in Wonderland" follows the curious and courageous young Alice as she ventures into a fantastical realm full of enigmatic riddles, questionable principles and egotism. Alice's journey is an enthralling quest to find her way through the labyrinth of irrationality, unveiling the absurdities that surround her.

Through Alice's eyes, Carroll masterfully challenges the notion that children must meekly conform to the adult world's whims and principles. Instead, Alice's good sense and unwavering commitment to justice become her greatest assets, guiding her through the treacherous terrain of wonderland.
