Emergency Maintenance Requests

Emergency maintenance is performed to resolve an issue that constitutes an immediate threat to self, immediate threat to building, or is a major inconvenience. Examples of emergencies are: overflowing toilet, air conditioner not working, no power in unit/area. To report emergency maintenance, contact housing staff via phone: Horizon Hall, 501-288-0004; Legacy Hall, 501-288-7451.

VanguardFIXIT Work Order System

The Student Life Office is charged with coordinating the needs of the housing facilities at ASU-Beebe. The housing staff, through frequent preventative maintenance checks and proper problem resolution, strive to provide exceptional safety and quality of life for all residents. The VanguardFIXIT Work Order System is a maintenance management system put in place for internal accountability within the Student Life Office.

Submit a work order for routine repairs. For emergencies, contact housing staff by phone to bring attention to the issue immediately.

VanguardFIXIT Work Order System is a maintenance management system put in place for internal accountability within the Student Life Office. Although, work orders in the residence halls are submitted electronically.

Non-emergency maintenance are to be reported online via VanguardFIXIT Work Order System. Examples of non-emergency maintenance are: one light out in unit/area, beeping smoke detector, sink clog if not overflowing.

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
