Christian Juarez Joins ASU-Beebe as Admissions Counselor

November 30, 2021

Christian Juarez

ASU-Beebe recently welcomed Christian Juarez to the college as the new Admissions Counselor.

Juarez, from Searcy, began his duties at ASU-Beebe in October. He is familiar with the college, having attended as a student from 2017-2019. While attending ASU-Beebe he was involved in TRIO Student Support Services, TRIO Leadership Council, Debate Club, Student Government, and Student Leadership Experience. Some of his accomplishments while at the college included leading the committee that established the ASU-Beebe food pantry, moderating a Zoom meeting held with the El Salvador embassy, and representing the college at Arkansas Collegiate Model United Nations.

Juarez graduated from ASU-Beebe with an Associate Degree in General Studies and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2019. He is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in economics.

As an alumnus of the college, Juarez plans to use his knowledge and experience to help prospective students achieve their goals. Additionally, he hopes to work with many members of faculty and staff to highlight what makes ASU-Beebe such a great opportunity for so many different avenues of education and training.

“I am very excited to be back at ASU-Beebe and to see so many old friends and mentors. I am even more excited to meet those of the Vanguard family that I haven’t had the pleasure of knowing while enrolled at the college. I hope that we can work to transform many lives in our community,” Juarez stated.
