Foundation Scholarships

Any student who has been fully admitted to ASU-Beebe is eligible to apply for a variety of privately funded scholarships administered by Arkansas State University-Beebe and the ASU System Foundation, Inc. Many of the scholarships offered are for both fall and spring semesters. Some may also  be renewed for additional semesters provided renewal criteria is met.

Scholarship Application

The Office of Institutional Advancement highly recommends that you complete an application and submit supporting documentation (resume, letter(s) of recommendation, essay, etc.) to strengthen your application.  Deadline to apply for the 2022-2023 academic year is June 1, 2023.

Currently all available scholarships are for full-time students and require evidence of scholastic achievement and/or outstanding ability in the area of the award. Scholarships vary in amounts and duration of award and are typically awarded based on the availability of funds. All privately funded scholarship awards are for ASU-Beebe campuses located at Beebe, Heber Springs, Searcy and Little Rock Air Force Base. If you have questions regarding privately funded scholarships or would like to review the renewal criteria, please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at 501-882-8855, or email us at give@asub.edu or visit the scholarship section on www.asub.edu.

Application Process

  • A completed scholarship application includes: foundation scholarship application, completed application for admission, and a current high school transcript.
  • The application asks for a one-page essay outlining your academic and professional goals, including the number of credit hours you intend to take during the next academic year and proposed graduation date.
  • Only one application needed to apply for the foundation scholarships.  The scholarship committee will compile the applications and scholarships to see which student's information meets the scholarship requirements.
  • Applications are to be turned in by June 1, 2023.

Detailed scholarship requirements and application packets are available through area high schools, or may be picked up at the ASU-Beebe Office of Enrollment Management.
