The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to collect and distribute data and information related to ASU-Beebe. Institutional Effectiveness (IE) works with data relating to students, faculty, programs, and personnel. The primary role of IE is to assist with data-driven decision making by providing an accurate representation of the institution. IE also spends a significant amount of time fulfilling the data requirements of external groups, such as the state legislature and state and federal agencies.
The ASU-Beebe Factbook is a compilation of information about the university provided electronically by the ASU-Beebe Office of Institutional Effectiveness. This electronic Factbook is dynamic and updated frequently to reflect the latest information about the university, as well as to provide a historical perspective of ASUB.
ASU-Beebe's Fast Facts include recent data for enrollment, retention, transfers, degrees awarded, and student satisfaction.
Vanguard Student Data
The goal of Institutional Effectiveness is to provide as much meaningful and useful data as possible in the ASU-Beebe Factbook. If you need data, please browse the Factbook webpages. If the needed data is not included in the Factbook, you may submit a request by clicking Request Data.
IE aims to provide consistent, reliable, and accurate data and information to both
internal and external parties on a timely and regular basis. While making every effort
to assure the accuracy of the data distributed, IE must also guard individual privacy.
In most cases, aggregate data that cannot be traced to those from whom it was collected
are shared. For official university business, data specific to individuals may be
shared, but only within the guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy
