The Housing Application and Contract must be returned to the Housing Director with a $75.00 deposit. Careful consideration should be given to the details of the application.

Students with disabilities must make their special needs requests as early as possible to the Housing Director.

Single rooms are offered on a space available basis only. There are no guaranteed private rooms. Private rooms are not assigned until after the semester begins.

Room and Board Charges per semester

Occupancy rate……….$1,460.00

Payments may be made in four installments with the first installment due at registration.

Board covers three meals a day in the University Café, Monday through Friday. No meals are served on Saturday or Sunday.

Residence halls and the cafeteria are closed during all holiday periods.
