CampusConnect Holds

Student Holds
If you have any holds, they will be displayed when you logon to Campus Connect. Student Holds may prevent you from being able to register for classes.  ASU-Beebe Student Holds and directions for having them removed are listed below.

  • Advising Hold – This hold indicates that your advisor has not cleared your advising hold. All students must have their class schedule approved by an their advisor each semester before using CampusConnect Web Registration. Please see your advisor to have this hold removed.

  • Degree Evaluation – This hold indicates that you need to complete a degree evaluation and turn it in to the Financial Aid Office. Failing to turn in a degree audit could result in your financial aid being discontinued. Students can override this hold be clicking on the override button. Please visit the Financial Aid Office in person or by website or call (501) 882-8245 for more information.

  • Evaluation – This hold indicates that you have course evaluations that need to be completed.  These evaluations allow you to express your opinion of the courses and instructors you are enrolled in. You will be unable to view your final grades or your on-line unofficial transcript until you complete your evaluations.  To complete the evaluations, under the Registration menu select the Forms option then the Class Evaluation option. Select each class and complete the evaluation.
    NOTE: The process to clear the hold is run each night. After completing your evaluations, you will have to wait until the next day for the hold to be lifted.

  • Financial Hold – This hold indicates that you have an unpaid balance on your account. You cannot register for classes until your account is paid in full. You can call the Business Office at (501) 882-8250 for more information or use CampusConnect to check your account balance.

  • Library Hold – This hold indicates that you have a library fine or have overdue library materials. You must pay library fines or return overdue materials before you can register for classes. You can call the Library at (501) 882-8207 for more information.

  • Medical Records – This hold indicates that the Admissions Office does not have all your medical records required by the University. You will not be able to register for classed until you turn in all required medical records. You can call (501) 882-8260 to find out what records are needed.

  • Note Hold – This holds indicates that you are paying your tuition in installments and have an unpaid balance remaining. You cannot register for classes until your account is paid in full. You can call the Business Office at (501) 882-8250 for more information or use Campus Connect to check your account balance.

  • Orientation Hold – This hold indicates that you have not attended an orientation session. All first time entering degree-seeking students must attend an orientation session before using CampusConnect Web Registration. Please call (501) 882-8260 to schedule an orientation session.

  • Satisfactory Academic Progress – This hold means you failed to meet the Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Policy and you will not be eligible for financial aid. Students can override this hold by clicking the override button. Please visit the Financial Aid Office in person or by website or call (501) 882-8245 for more information.

  • Suspension – This hold means you have been suspended from ASU-Beebe. You can call the Registrars Office at (501) 882-8265 for more information.

  • Transcripts – This hold means that the Office of the Registrar does not have your transcripts from previous institutions. You cannot register for classes until this hold is removed. You can call (501) 882-8261 to find out which transcripts are needed.
