RA Resources

The Resident Assistant (RA) position focuses on enhancing the quality of life in the residence hall, including fostering community, providing academic support, and being attentive to safety and security of residents in Horizon and Legacy Halls. This page has been created to give RAs the tools needed to get information to their residents about living on campus, various opportunities and resources available to them.

RA Programing Resources

Program Proposal Form
This form is used as a tool to help you think about the different aspects of your event before you hit the ground to do advertising. ALL programing in the Residence Halls must be approved before advertising by completing the Program Proposal Form.

Post-Program Evaluation Form
This form is used to help you think about how well your program was executed and to help assess the impact it made on our students. ALL programing in the Residence Halls must have a Post-Program Evaluation Form submitted within 48 hours of the event.

Student Program Survey
This form is used as a tool to help the Office of Student Life assess the impact student programs and activities have on our students. After various programs on campus, the Student Life Office will email attendees this survey for feedback on the event.

Bulletin Board Evaluation Form
This form is used to report the completion of a new bulletin board in the residence halls by an RA at ASU-Beebe. Each month before the 20th, each RA is required to update an assigned bulletin board with an educational display. RA should see the RA Manual for more details.

RA Duty Resources

RA Duty Log Report Form (Online)
This form is provided for resident assistants (RA) at ASU-Beebe to serve both as a tool to report the activity of the residence hall to the Student Life office; and serve as a checklist for RAs to complete a successful on-duty day.

RA Duty Log Worksheet Form (Print)
This printable paper worksheet can be used by RAs during their duty day to be used as a check sheet  and preparation to complete the online RA Duty Log Report Form (above). Even if an RA uses this worksheet, they must submit the online form at the end of their duty shift.

ASU-Beebe Resident Assistant Manua
This manual is designed to assist Resident Assistants (RA) at ASU-Beebe in their duties as a RA. While this is certainly not their only resource for information, the manual should be the first source for answering any questions they may have about the job.

RA Student Conduct Resources

Incident Report Form
Report conduct incidents, fire alarms, safety issues or general concerns. Report crime you have observed, or if any person reveals to you that he/she learned of, or was the victim of, perpetrator of, or witness to any crime. This applies to crimes on campus, on the public property adjacent to the campus, and locations at which College-sponsored activities are taking place.

ASU-Beebe Student Handbook & Code of Conduct (pg 37-45)
The Student Handbook is the official repository of all ASU-Beebe policies and procedures and should be used as students' main resource for admission policies, registration policies, extension and course grading policies, and all other policies that may impact you as a student of ASU-Beebe, including the ASU-Beebe Student Code of Conduct.

ASU-Beebe Residence Hall Manual (RHM)
This manual is designed to acquaint on-campus residents with policies, procedures, and general information about residence hall living, including housing-specific conduct.
