Staff Textbook Assistance Program (STAP)
The ASU-Beebe Staff Senate Staff Textbook Assistance Program is designed to help ASU-Beebe staff members reach their educational goals. Persons eligible for STAP are fulltime ASU-Beebe staff members and ASU-Jonesboro system staff members working fulltime on ASU-Beebe campuses.
To receive STAP funding, click here to download the application form and return to any Staff Senate member. Assistance towards the purchase of a textbook will be granted in the form of a voucher to be used at the ASU-Beebe bookstore. This voucher must be used for a course taken in the ASU System. Funds will be disbursed as they become available on a "first come, first served" basis depending upon receipt by the chair of the Staff Senate STAP committee.
Staff members are limited to one voucher request per non-consecutive semester. If you are awarded STAP funding, you will receive a voucher for $50 to be used at an ASU-Beebe campus bookstore toward purchase or direct textbook rental for up to $50. If the textbook is unavailable through the bookstore, reimbursement may be approved by the STAP chair, treasurer and president of Staff Senate.
