Policies of Testing Services
Examinees are expected to exhibit proper decorum when using Testing Services. Violations of the rules may result in the examinee being dismissed from the Testing Center, test scores canceled, and registration fees forfeited.
While in the Testing Center, please remember the following guidelines:
-
Inappropriate behavior towards staff or other examinees will result in dismissal from the testing room.
-
All examinees are required to present photo identification prior to testing. If an individual does not have identification, the exam will not be administered.
-
Examinees must be on time. Examinees must report to Student Services at least 15 minutes prior to testing. Once a test has begun, no one will be admitted, and exam must be re-scheduled.
-
No test scores are given over the phone, email, or fax.
-
No children are allowed in the testing room and are not to be unattended while testing is in progress. If this is discovered, the examinee will be required to discontinue testing and leave the testing room.
-
There is no talking in the testing room, except to testing services staff.
-
Computers in the testing room may not be for any purpose other than to take exams. Any student caught attempting to use computers for any other purpose will be asked to leave immediately - regardless if the exam has started or not.
-
Leaving the testing room with any test content (questions, directions, scratch paper, etc.) or with any student responses is strictly prohibited.
-
Cell phones must be left with the Administratvie Assistant upon registration. All electronic or photographic devices are prohibited. If discovered, examinee will be dismissed from the test, fees will be forfeited, and scores will be cancelled.
-
No food or beverages are allowed in the testing room.
-
If ominous weather is threatening, check local radio and television announcements regarding the possibility of ASU-Beebe closings. If the university is closed, there will be no testing, and test date will be re-scheduled.
