If you need help logging in or can’t see your class in Blackboard, contact the Bb Help Desk at 501.882.4409 or email them at email@example.com. Emails sent to the Blackboard Help Desk must be sent using your ASU-Beebe email address. You will need to provide your full name, student ID #, birthdate, and a detailed description of the problem.
The Blackboard Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Blackboard Help Desk is closed on holidays and when classes are not in session. In the event of inclement weather the Blackboard Help Desk will be closed if the Beebe campus is closed.
Having technical issues within Blackboard? Below are a few tips to help you:
To log in to Blackboard, make sure you use your 9-digit Student ID number for your username (not your social security number) without any hyphens or dashes.
Your password is your 6-digit date of birth (MMDDYY). For example, if your date of birth is February 1, 1983 your password will be 020183.
We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
Make sure your Java, Adobe Flash Player, and Adobe Reader are updated with the most current version.

After any of these downloads, make sure you restart your computer.
If you are having problems viewing something in Blackboard try using a different Internet browser. For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox switch to Google Chrome.
It is recommended you shut down your computer once a week so updates are applied.
