Online College

Online College: Get Started

Step 1: Get Admitted

Once you decide that taking online courses is for you, apply for admission to ASU-Beebe. For more information, visit the Admissions Office.

Step 2: Get Advised

After you have been admitted to ASU-Beebe, you will be assigned an advisor to help you pursue your academic goals. When you have determined which courses to take, your advisor will release your advising hold within Campus Connect so you can enroll online. Consult the Schedule of Classes for course availability.

Step 3: Get Enrolled

To sign up for classes, log in to Campus Connect. For your ID Number, use your social security number or your ASU-Beebe issued student ID number. Your PIN will be your 6-digit birth date in MMDDYY format (example: April 2, 1984 = 040284). You can also use this system to pay tuition and fees using your credit or debit card.

Step 4: Get Textbooks

Most online classes require a textbook. You can buy those directly from the bookstore at one of our campus locations or you can order through one of the online campus bookstores found on the Bookstore website. It is expected you will have your textbook within the first few days of class.

Step 5: Get Oriented

If you are new to online learning, we encourage you to take advantage of Online Orientation. You can view video clips online here.

Step 6: Get Logged In

Online classes will be visible to students two days prior to the beginning of the semester/term. You MUST log in to your online classes on the first day of classes (or the first day after you have enrolled during the add/drop period). To log in, go to the Blackboard login page, enter your ASU-Beebe issued student ID (no hyphens) as the username and your 6-digit birthday (MMDDYY) as the password. The online courses you are enrolled in should be visible to you within your Bb window. Just click on the course link to enter your class.
