Eoff & Associates Donation
Published: September 17 2017

Cathy Eoff, owner of Eoff & Associates Realty, Inc. in Beebe, recently donated $15,000 to the State Hall Renovation Project at Arkansas State University-Beebe. Eoff, who is a member of the ASUB Development Council, donated specifically to the Chancellor’s Suite, which will be named in honor of Eoff & Associates Realty, Inc. Pictured, Interim Chancellor Roger Moore (left) receives the donation from Eoff. The State Hall Building was built by the National Youth Administration and Beebe Junior Agricultural College, and was dedicated in 1938. The State Hall Building is a landmark and the second oldest building on campus. Over the years, the building was repurposed as the institution grew from 38 students in 1929 to more than 4,000 students today.  Before 1980, many students attended classes in the State Hall Building, which originally housed faculty and administrative offices and later a gymnasium for athletics and physical education.  The building now serves as administrative and support services for the university. “We are very appreciative to our donors for their support with this major renovation project,” said Moore. “It is our objective to maintain the historic feel of State Hall, while modernizing the work spaces.” For more information about donating to the State Hall Renovation Project, call the Office of Institutional Advancement at (501) 882-8855.
