Harvest Fest Royalty Announced

The students at Arkansas State University-Beebe selected the 2016

Harvest Fest royalty during the annual event held October 27.

 

Kassidy

 

Elam, representing Phi Beta Lambda, was chosen as the ASU-Beebe HarvestFest

Queen for the Beebe campus. Elam, of Beebe, is a health science major. She was

escorted by Hunter King from Beebe. 

 

Madison

 

Powell, representing the Ag Club, received first runner-up. Powell, of Beebe,

is an animal science major. She was escorted by Hunter Davis, an agriculture

business major from Beebe.   

 

Lillian

 

Murrell, representing Student Support Services Student Advisory Board, received

second runner-up. Murrell, of Batesville, is an Early Childhood Education major.

 She was escorted by Dylan Christen, a Criminal

Justice major from Shirley.

 

Kayla Shyanne Hanna was chosen as the HarvestFest

 

Queen for the Heber Springs campus. Hanna, of Heber Springs, is an Early

Childhood Education major. She was escorted by Caleb Long, an Elementary

Education major from Greers Ferry. 

 

Jada

 

McCray was chosen as the HarvestFest Queen for the Searcy campus. McCray, of

Conway, is majoring in studies toward a career in physical therapy. She was

escorted by Reggie Rucker, a Business Administration major from Newport.

 

Each

 

student organization nominated one individual to be elected during the annual

HarvestFest activities.

 

Other

 

candidates and nominating organizations were as follows: Laura Boswell of

Cabot, representing Student Government Association, is a Business Management

major. She was escorted by Kalon Mills, a nursing major from Hazen. Lane Brock of Dallas, representing Gamma Beta Phi, is a biology

and chemistry major. She was escorted by Brenon Williams, a pre-med major from

Biscoe. Sierra Thompson of Brinkley, representing Chi Alpha, is a psychology

major. She was escorted by Coty Davis from Conway.
