AnnaMaria Concert Set for Dec. 3
Published: November 22 2013

The Arkansas State University-Beebe Concert-Lecture Series, sponsored by Centennial Bank, will present AnnaMaria on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Owen Center Theater.

As a classical and flamenco guitarist, AnnaMaria’s talent has brought her concert and recital engagements worldwide. Additionally, she has a deep passion for her culture and for educating herself and others about its richness and beauty. AnnaMaria’s style speaks of her proud heritage as an eighteenth-generation Santa Fean, a link to the world’s best-preserved enclave of Spanish colonial culture, and her mezzo-soprano voice reveals all the warmth of her Mediterranean ancestry.

Seating for the concert is unreserved and on a first-come basis. The theater will open 30 minutes prior to curtain call. Tickets will be on sale one hour before show time at the door; however, interested persons are advised to arrive early. Ticket prices are $10 for general admission and $5 for seniors, students, military and educators.

The Owen Center Theater is located at 910 Pecan Street in Beebe. For more information, call Concert-Lecture Series coordinator Dr. Brent Bristow at (501) 882-4474, or visit the ASU-Beebe website at www.asub.edu.
