SUMMER 2013
Eligibility for student aid for Summer 2013 is contingent on remaining eligibility for the 2012-2013 academic year.
You must preregister for all terms at the same time. Awarding is based on enrollment. You MUST notify the ASU-Beebe Financial Aid Office of any anticipated enrollment changes
It is the student's responsibility to watch Campus Connect for awards/eligibility. If student has no eligibility, payment for Summer attendance is strictly up to the student.

2013-14 Verification Requirement
As part of the new verification process, some students will be required by the Federal Government to provide proof of identity. The student will be notified by the Financial Aid Office and a form mailed if the student has been chosen.
If you are a student that is out of state or out of country, you may use this form:
Identity and Statement of Educational Purpose 2013-14
The notary must validate that you provided an original, and make a copy to attach to this form as both the copy and the form are required to be turned in to our office.
