In order to better assist our students, much of the financial aid process can be handled through our Campus Connect system. Students are able to view which documents our office has received, which documents are needed, and their award notice.

Deadlines
The following items must be complete by the dates listed in the table below in order to allow time for your financial aid award eligibility to be determined prior to the start of classes for the term:
- 1. Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) results must be received at ASU-Beebe; and
- 2. All required financial aid documents (found on your campus connect) and admission documents must be received by ASU-Beebe; and
- 3. You must be fully admitted as a degree‐seeking student in a degree or certificate program offered through ASU-Beebe.
