Dr. Jodi Whitehurst has taught English composition since 2008 and joined ASUB in 2014. Her research interests include digital rhetoric and writing processes of developing writers. Jodi has co-authored a textbook titled Creative Composition and presented research at national conferences. She is a Little Rock Writing Project Teacher Consultant and has taught professional development workshops for public school teachers. Jodi lives in central Arkansas with her husband, Shane, and their three children. Her service to area communities includes serving as a foster parent, acting as an advisory board member for the Wade Knox Children's Advocacy Center, and volunteering at her church.
