Dr. Phillips is a Professor of Criminal Justice and Psychology. She is located on the Beebe Campus. She has been an instructor with ASUB since 2006. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Specialist in Community College Teaching, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Sociology and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts. She came to ASU-Beebe with 19 years of experience in Criminal Justice working as a Forensic Scientist, State Parole Supervisor, Juvenile Officer, City Probation Officer and Treatment Specialist for youths at risk. She believes that students learn best if they are engaged in their learning experiences. With that being said, her classes are rarely dull. She prides herself on being accessible to her students and available to assist them in accomplishing their learning goals.
