Director of Workforce and Community Development



A native of San Antonio, Texas that currently resides in Cabot with over 18 years in the food manufacturing industry. Prior experience includes production and quality management positions in the seasoning, rice, breading and meat further processing sectors.

Graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology. In 2009, earned a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University, graduating with honors distinction. Participating member of the 2017 Searcy Leadership Institute and has been active in Boxes of Hope and ‘The Kitchen’ Drive-Through Meals in Cabot. Member of the Institute of Food Technologists, American Society for Quality, and Beta Gamma Sigma.

The Continuing Education/Workforce Development Department at ASU-Beebe sponsors numerous non-credit classes that are designed to meet the needs of the general public and business workforce.

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
