At ASU-Beebe, we strive to create an environment where kids can have fun, make new friends, develop new skills, boost self-confidence and explore their potential with activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM). Connecting with the younger generation provides an opportunity for your child to explore different concepts and potentially discover a field that will interest them for future careers. Our mission is simple, we want to introduce children to the world around them in a fun and interactive way while also providing exposure to vast career fields and technology that is available to them at ASU-Beebe. We hope to see you this summer at the Vanguard DISCOVERY Camp! The Summer Camp program is designed to provide children with a fun and exciting range of unique opportunities to gain new knowledge, explore careers, develop new skills and boost self-confidence. These camps are recommended for students entering grades 4 through 8, and courses are offered on the Beebe, Searcy and Heber Springs campuses.
Vanguard Discovery Camp
Vanguard DISCOVERY Camp is designed to provide week long activities at each of the Heber Springs, Searcy and Beebe campus locations.
Each camp is recommended for students entering grades 4th through 8th.
Each scheduled week will consist of a four-hour program in the morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and a four-hour program in the afternoon (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) with respectively different activities between programs and locations.
Each four-hour program can be purchased for a full day of activity or purchased separately to provide only a half day of fun. Lunch will not be provided at any of the campus locations, but the dining areas located at each of the campus locations will be available if parents want to eat with their kids after the morning program, before the afternoon program or between programs if they are staying with us all day.
For more information on the activities that will be provided during each session at each respective location, please feel free to use the drop menus below.
A registration link will be available to select the program(s) that you think best suit your child's interests. Register soon, as participation is limited, for each of the programs that are provided.
We hope to see your child at many of these programs that will provide them an opportunity to DISCOVER the fascinating world around them. We look forward to a fun and exciting week of science, technology, engineering, art and math!
