Cashier's Office

The ASU-Beebe Cashier's Office collects payments such as tuition, fees, and room and board. The office also disburses financial aid refund checks and processes third-party billing and scholarships. Tuition payments can be made in person, by phone or online through the Banner Self-Service portal.

Student fees and account balances may be paid with cash, check or card. The Cashier's Office will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 

There are four convenient locations where you can visit the Cashier’s Office for assistance: 

1. Vanguard One Stop located in the Eugene McKay Student Center on the Beebe campus

2. State Hall room 108 on the Beebe campus

3. Searcy One Stop in Main Building on the Searcy campus

4. Student Services and Admissions Building first floor on the Heber Springs campus
