In this four-week class, you will learn how to make frosting: buttercream, cream cheese, and a whipped version. Patty will demonstrate how to properly frost a cake using a variety of techniques. You will learn how to fill a piping bag, use a coupler, exchange tips, and practice different piping skills including flowers, leaves, borders, and handwriting. As the class progresses, you will move on to character cakes and then a tiered cake in the final class. (Receive supply list when you register)
This is a four-class event. The other classes will be held on Mondays, April 8th; Monday, April 15th; and Monday, April 22nd.
